Professor Ronald W. Staudt was recently elected president of the College of Law Practice Management (COLPM) at the organization’s Futures Conference and Annual Meeting held October 26-27. COLPM was established in 1994 to showcase outstanding individuals, programs and projects that help attorneys build and maintain their law practices. Read the full story here.
Professor Staudt currently teaches Copyright Law, Intellectual Property Strategies, Public Interest Law and Policy, Justice and Technology Practicum, and Access to Justice and Technology. In addition, he directs Chicago-Kent’s Center for Access to Justice & Technology (CAJT).
Professor Staudt has written numerous articles and books on technology and law. His most recent book is a report co-authored by Charles L. Owen, Distinguished Professor of Design at IIT’s Institute of Design, and Edward B. Pedwell, titled Access to Justice: Meeting the Needs of Self-Represented Litigants.
