Professor David Schwartz and colleague Jay Kesan of the University of Illinois College of Law were featured as guest authors today on the patent law blog Patently-O. Schwartz and Kesan wrote about the importance of understanding the role of non-practicing entities in patent litigation, a subject which they investigated in a recent piece of scholarship titled “Analyzing the Role of Non-Practicing Entities in the Patent System.”
