CSO offering free tickets for December 17 performance

The Chicago Symphony Orchestra now has free tickets available via their website for a free performance on Monday, December 17 at 8:00pm. There is a $2.00 per ticket handling fee. Seating is General Admission.

“Harry Bicket, a master of Baroque and early Classical repertoire, leads Civic in a program of Handel, Bach and Haydn. The Overture from Handel’s Music for the Royal Fireworks, commissioned by King George II for a grand fireworks display in London, is followed by Bach’s timeless Concerto for Violin and Oboe and Haydn’s jubilant Symphony No. 102.”
