Welcome to Chicago-Kent! Below you will find the information you need to access library materials including Westlaw, Lexis, West Academic Study Aids (WASA), Procertas, and CALI.
Please set up your accounts now and let us know if you experience any problems.
Emails to look for:
One from Westlaw and one from Procertas. These have special login instructions you will need to follow.
Legal Research Database Accounts
Westlaw: You should have received an email with registration instructions from Westlaw with a “registration key” (check your spam just in case). Please respond to the email from Debbie Ginsberg if you did not receive it.
Lexis: Please go to the Lexis Registration site to set up access with your Chicago-Kent email address and the registration code you received via email. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete your registration and create your custom ID and password. Set this up before the code expires!
Personal Accounts for Library Resources
West Academic Study Aids (WASA):
Find hundreds of online law school study aids for your courses. You can access these at any time – and even add your own notes and highlights. To create an account, please visit https://subscription.

Note that WASA is not included in Westlaw, this is a separate account.
Explore dozens of online tutorials that teach you the Word, Excel, and Acrobat skills you’ll use as a lawyer. You will receive a separate email with your login information. If you don’t receive the Procertas email by 8/21/2020 (it will come from Procertas LTA), please respond to the email from Debbie Ginsberg.
