Getting Ahead
Are you writing a seminar paper? Don’t forget that our trained research librarians are here to help. Students are always free to come to the reference desk to ask a question. But, if you need in-depth research assistance, please feel free to e-mail the reference desk at refreq@kentlaw.edu to schedule an appointment with a research librarian to get you started, or to get over your roadblock, whatever the case may be.
Appointments are available during regular reference hours:
- 8 AM – 7 PM Mon-Thu
- 8 AM – 5 PM Fri
- 10 AM – 6 PM Sun
Settle Down, Relax
Need something to do to calm your nerves during a study break? Remember that the puzzles are available and we now have an assortment of board games available for check out at the Circulation Desk.
Finally, browse our popular culture selection of DVDs. Perhaps a good legal thriller will remind you why you got into this mess in the first place, and recharge your batteries through the end of finals.
Summer Prep
The Library doesn’t close down for the summer; we’ll still be here to help you with questions about your summer jobs or classes. The career services collection at the top of the staircase leading to the 10th floor is always available for check out, and our online Library Guides (covering topics such as finding statutes, regulations, journal articles, non-legal material, and legislative history, among others) are accessible 24/7 to help you with a summer research project or simply to refresh your memory.
