This week, ISCOTUS director Chris Schmidt previewed the major cases left to be decided at the Supreme Court this Term.

Sons of Confederate Veterans, in which the Court held that Texas’s refusal to issue a specialty license plate to the Sons of Confederate Veterans did not violate the First Amendment.
